Selling our Items:
Kole Jax Designs products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than prices quoted on our website. Kole Jax Designs products sold in stores must be sold at retail price or greater. Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if the stock remains post- current design stock. Kole Jax Designs products cannot be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail.
All Items purchased from Kole Jax Designs are under the protection and copyright Kole Jax Designs LLC, and must display the Kole Jax Designs name/brand. Under no circumstances may you sell Kole Jax Designs products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark, copyright or patent.
Cancellations: We do our best to ship items in a timely matter and is common for us to start working on your order right away- because of this the window for cancelling orders is very short we do not accept cancellations.
Order Changes: Due to processing time and inventory counts, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it. Please take this into consideration if you plan to promote our items online before receiving your order!
Multiple Shipping Addresses: We only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses.
Returns/Exchanges: All wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned Mail: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid before we will send the package again.
Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email, please contact us at email@example.com and we will direct with how to file a claim with USPS. Thank you for your understanding with this.
Damaged Items/Order Errors: Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.
Damaged Replacements: Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected. Please note, should you decide to sell damaged items at a discount, we cannot extend any discounts to you.
Coupon Codes:Warranties- being that our items are considered costume jewelry we do not warranty our jewelry under any circumstance including wear and tear, breakage, water damage etc. Items are considered Final Sale with regards to warranties. With the exception of arriving to you damaged from shipment. Please note our jewelry is also not intended for under the age of 12.
Coupon codes cannot be combined. Affiliate program: cannot be used with affiliate discounts- orders with this discount code will not count towards affiliate earnings.

Can you use my carrier for my international order?
Because we have a partnership with USPS, we use them to ship all orders
I have multiple locations for my boutique but created just one account online; how do I place orders for all when I need them shipped to different locations?
When you check out, you have the option to enter in a new address or use an existing one from your "address book". Boutiques with multiple locations can create a new address when they check out. Once that address is created and used in an order, the next time you order you can select that address from your address book.
Can I use your pictures to help promote the product on my Facebook page/online?
Absolutely! Please do!! We just ask that you not alter the pictures in any way, and that the Kole Jax Designs logo/ watermark remain visible due to our trademark.
Please note: Accurate bulk shipping prices cannot be determined by our site. At check out, you will pay a calculated shipping rate. However, if your actual shipping cost exceeds what was charged, you will receive a Paypal invoice within 3-5 business days of shipment for the remaining balance.

All fully in-stock orders usually ship within 3-7 business days, or when payment has cleared. If an order includes items that are back-ordered, we will split-ship your order, sending in-stock items immediately and back-ordered items when they are ready.
