Return Policy:

Please make sure to read item descriptions we try to be very detailed with sizing etc. If you have questions about a specific product please contact us prior to purchasing, we are happy to help. 
Being that we are made to order, meaning we make each piece specifically for you after you have placed your order, we reserve the right to consider all sales final.  If we made a mistake and ship an incorrect item we will get that fixed for you.  


For items arrived damaged due to shipment please contact us within 3 days after delivery- we will get you taken care of. In the event your arrived damaged item cannot be fixed or replaced we will offer an exchange or refund for your item. 


Warranties: 
Being that our items are considered costume jewelry we do not warranty our jewelry under any circumstance including wear and tear, breakage, water damage etc. Items are considered FINAL SALE with regards to warranties. With the exception of arriving to you damaged from shipment. Please note our jewelry is also not intended for under the age of 12.  




Cancelations: 
Cancelations after payment has been received are not accepted. Please consider prior to purchase. 
Kole Jax Designs LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel a transaction.

Coupon Codes:
Coupon codes must be entered at check-out to qualify and are not retroactively applied. Only one code may be applied per purchase. 

Processing times: We are made to order- meaning we create your jewelry after you have placed your order- in most cases we will ship within 5-7 business days- however do we ask for at least 1-2 weeks.  
Priority mail shipping can speed up the package once shipped but does not speed up this processing time stated above.  

Important HOLIDAY ORDERING INFO: Please note we are made to order and ask for 1-2 weeks processing time to create your designs.   Our Christmas order cut-off will be DEC 10th-  subject to change-  We will be upgrading shipping after that to hopefully get orders placed out to you before Christmas but there is no guarantee.... 



Order Instructions/Comments:

Please know that we cannot guarantee to honor any requests left in the "Order Instructions/Comments" box that appears during checkout. Due to limitations with our software, notes added in this box are not easily recognized during processing, however it is unfortunately not an option within our software for us to remove this box from appearing. We are also unable to make changes to orders once they begin processing.

For items with personalization options- please be sure to leave your personalizarion in the "type personalization here" box if ordering an item and select personalzation. If no personalizarion note is left for us we will attempt to contact you via email. If we do not hear back from you within 2 business days we will go ahead and proceed to create and send your item(s) without personalization so that we do not hold up the order processing process.

Mail:

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES or PACKAGE DELAYS BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not the postal service and are not responsible for any errors or delays made by the postal service. However, if you place an order with priority mail shipping, your package is insured up to $50 and you will be able to file a claim with USPS once your package has not been received within 21 days of receiving your shipping notification email please visit www.usps.com to start a claim.

RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.


HOLIDAY DEADLINES: We will give a holiday cut off date- this date will allow us to get your package in the Mail by a certain time in order to arrive before Christmas, etc. We are not the postal service so we cannot guarantee your package to arrive before Christmas, but we can assure you we will do our end of getting the package in the mail with time permitting for the postal service to do so.

ORDER CHANGES: Due to processing time and inventory counts, we cannot honor change requests to orders once they are submitted. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your item to arrive, and that may vary from country to country. We are not responsible for lost packages, or for import custom fees, duties, taxes, etc that may be charged onto your package by your country and government- these fees are not in our control. Thank you for your understanding with this. 

Email subscription:  When you place an order with Kole Jax Designs you will be subscribed to our email list- we do not share this information and you may unsubscribe at any time.
